Our Story

ClearSky Cleaning is family owned and operated. We are proudly Australian, and we’re committed to delivering high quality services.

We are a husband and wife team working alongside our children and our team of cleaners. Two decades ago, we started cleaning our local place of worship as a way to give back to our community. 10 years later, after receiving positive feedback from our community, we decided to put our skills to use in a professional capacity, and ClearSky Cleaning was born.

We are a family that’s passionate about cleanliness. It may be hard to believe, but we love what we do! Our mission is to delivery remarkable customer service of the highest standard, using only qualified and well-trained cleaners. In addition, we wish to offer job opportunities to people who share our passion, regardless of age.

No, bookings must be made more than 24 hours prior.
Yes, you can reschedule your booking up to 48 hours prior.
Yes, however please note that if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, you may be liable for a late cancellation fee.

We guarantee that our high quality chemicals are eco-friendly and safe. In addition, we use colour coded microfibre products to prevent cross-contamination.
No, we will supply all the equipment necessary for a job. If you would like to request or provide specific equipment, it will need to be provided in writing. Please note that you may be liable for increased charges due to additional or unexpected work. We also supply toiletries and clean hand towels upon requests. 
This will depend on the size of the job, and will be discussed when providing a quote.
Your invoice will be generated on the Monday following your booking.
We take the utmost care in cleaning. However, if one of our employees accidentally breaks an item, a note will be left on your premises, and our office manager will call you to organise compensation based on the value of the item.
If you have noticed a spot that isn’t clean to a satisfactory level, please do not hesitate to call us. We will organise to resolve the issue ASAP.
